What is the Round Table?

The Round Table is an online community of high performing individuals who want to improve their lives in each of the key areas of life. At the round table, everyone is committed to improving themselves physically, mentally, financially, and socially. We do this by sharing information and our unique expertise with other members of the community, allowing everyone to have a distinct and competitive advantage in the real world.

I learned that the best way to improve yourself in any area is to discuss and understand the how and why of a particular topic. If you want to be healthier, you must first identify what goal you desire, understand why you want a certain goal, and then figure out how to achieve that goal.

This same logic applies in every area of life. In the Round Table, the objective is to share insights, information, and experiences to help everyone improve.

The Process

In the Round Table, we use a easy to understand, yet strict process to guarantee results in our lives. Overall, we use a very straightforward 3-step process.

CONSTRUCT A VERY SPECIFIC PLAN THAT CAN BE MEASURED IN ORDER TO ACHIVE THE DESIRED GOAL

As members try to pursue their goals, they can rely on the support, accountability, and expertise of the community to help guide them and motivate them.

Everyone has a different goal. Everyone has different skill sets and viewpoints. Everyone has something unique and valuable that they can bring to the Round Table.

What You Won't Find Here

This is NOT a group solely for self-promotion. This is not a group designed to sell anyone anything.

This is not a group designed simply for a lot of people to extract value while a few people give consistent, genuine value. This group is designed for everyone to add objective value in some way, shape, or form.

In the Roundtable, advice should be specific and lead to results.

In the past, I’d sit with people and discuss an idea I had or a strategy.

The overwhelming majority of people I’d talk to would either provide little to no feedback OR they’d give very generic advice.

At the Roundtable, the objective is to avoid this. If a member wants to buy a house, for example, sending a video of the process is a start but isn’t quite enough.

The ideal methodology is to:

Understand why they want to buy a house--what is the goal?

Figure out what he/she can financially afford with the help of a real estate professional in the group

Then help him or her determine a specific timeframe

From there, the community should help the prospective homebuyer identify the best banks or financial institutions to accomplish the objective.

Finally, we tap into the community to help identify the best locations and money required to purchase the best possible house based on the goal.

This is a simple example of helping members get from point A to point B. These same principles will be applied to any goal a community member has.

As more members join with different backgrounds, there will be more skills and perspectives of value that can contribute.

It’s important to keep in mind that EVERYONE has a unique viewpoint that can be valuable.

Your insight is valuable.

With that being said, anyone idle for too long will be removed from the group.

As mentioned earlier, the Round Table is designed to be a community of value-providers, not value-extractors.
