If you don't like something, fix it

I always advocate starting with the first pillar of The Good Life: Health.

I hear so many people complain and blame others for their weight.

“I can’t find healthy foods”

“My metabolism doesn’t let me lose weight”

“I’m big-boned”

Insert excuse here.

The fact is, if you’re overweight and you don’t like it, the solution is simple.

Fix it.

Your genetics isn’t your problem.

Society isn’t the problem.

Your schedule isn’t the problem.

Your DIET and WORK ETHIC is your only problem.

If you find achieving your goals easy, cool. Now up the ante. You can’t brag about what comes easy.

If you find achieving your goals difficult. Cool. Work harder! Nothing worth having ever came easy.
